All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days from the time of ordering.

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. Please note, sale orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days.

As soon as our orders have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping.

  • All orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days from the time of ordering. Please note that our warehouse doesn't ship on non-business days or Australian public holidays.
  • All international orders are dispatched with Standard Post and will require signature.
  • The final price at check out does not include taxes and duties to all countries outside of Australia. If you have any issues or questions regarding taxes or duties, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at hello@jomercer.com.au. Please note that we are unable to refund taxes and duties on your order once it is placed.
  • We understand that mistakes with your order can happen, so we'll try our best to amend any changes prior to shipping time. Please reach out to the customers service team at hello@jomercer.com.au if any amendments are required on your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Note that this is not always a possibility, so please check your product details and shipping information prior to submitting your order.
  • Please note that during peak periods (sale or public holidays), there may be delays to orders being shipped.

How can I track my order?

We are currently using Australia Post for all orders. You will be able to use Australia Post Tracking to track your parcel. Please note that this may take up to 24hours to show detailed movements of your order. If an alternative shipping method is required, please contact the team at hello@jomercer.com.au.

Why have I only received part of my order?

 All orders are fulfilled by the nearest location with stock, which means that orders are sometimes separately into different parcels and shipping times. Please note that only one tracking number will be provided to the customer, but customer service will be able to track the multiple items for you by contacting hello@jomercer.com.au.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

All international orders from JO MERCER requires a signature for proof of delivery. Please note this when ordering.

Why has my order been shipped back?

Your order may have been returned to our warehouse for numerous reasons. This may be due to failure of parcel collection, incorrect address or delivery details or failure to sign. JO MERCER is not responsible for shipping on orders return to our warehouse and the shipping will be subtracted from the total order refund once processed.

I've ordered an item on preorder- what happens next?

All pre order shipping dates are highlighted in the individual product description. Shipping dates may differ depending on color, so ensure you are reviewing the specific shipping date on your ordered color. If you have any questions about the shipping date, or it is not visible, please contact the team at hello@jomercer.com.au. Once ready to order to be shipped, you will be notified with your tracking number. In some cases, the delivery date may be subject to change, so be mindful of this when ordering. Note that your pre order will be shipped separately if you have multiple items in your order. Please note* Our standard returns policy applies for all pre-orders, with our 45-day return period commencing on the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What happens if my parcel is stolen?

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. JO MERCER is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
