RETURN POLICY

- New Zealand returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.

- Your return must be unworn, in saleable condition and in its
original Jo Mercer packaging

Please note* Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel it.
We endeavour to process returns within 4 business days of receiving your parcel.
Refunds
We offer refunds on FULL PRICE STYLES.
Full Price styles purchased with a promotional discount, such as 20% off Storewide, are also eligible.
Refunds must be processed onto the original payment method. Postage costs will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
l items marked with FINAL SALE cannot be returned for refund or size exchange.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Promotional Returns
When returning an item purchased in a promotion based on multiple items (50% off second pair), the item that you do keep will revert to full price.
Credit Vouchers
We offer credit vouchers on ALL STYLES.
Pre-Orders
Please note our standard returns policy applies for all pre-orders, with our 30-day return
period commencing on the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Faulty Items
If you have a faulty item, please contact
hello@jomercer.com.au.
In accordance with relevant legislation, we will provide refunds on manufacturing faults.
We reserve the right to repair or replace after qualified item assessment.
Excluded Products
Stockings/Tights are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please note* Any Jo Mercer products that have been purchased from a Third-Party site
(e.g. The Iconic, OzSale, eBay, Catch) the exchange or refund must be processed at the place of purchase.

Please ensure parcel is securely packed, with both your address and Jo Mercer’s return address clearly displayed
on the outside of the parcel.
We recommend using registered post as Jo Mercer will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
