All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days from the time of ordering.

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. Please note, sale orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days.

As soon as our orders have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping.

PRE-ORDER
    The arrival date is when we expect to receive the styles in our Australian warehouse, which may be subject to change. Once a style arrives in our warehouse, we will then dispatch your pre-order as a priority. Please note our standard returns policy applies for all pre-orders, with our 30-day return period commencing the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

     

    GIFT CARDS

    When you purchase a Gift Card you will be sent an email with an e-voucher that you can redeem at checkout.

    Gift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, for change of mind, stolen or damaged.

    Jo Mercer Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Gift Cards will expire 3 years after purchase.

    Promotional vouchers are not applicable to gift card purchases.

    Gift Cards cannot be purchased for the purpose of marketing, advertising or other promotional activities.
